ISAM Turns Up the Heat with Five Swim Fashion Shows

Monday kicked off the first of five sizzling swim fashion shows that took place at the August 2011 MAGIC show. Located at the ISAM Swim Lounge in Central Hall of WWDMAGIC, pin-up styled models strutted down the catwalk to a hip-hop heavy soundtrack including tunes from Gnarls Barkley and LMFAO. And if a bunch of beautiful models in the season's hottest swimwear wasn't enough to draw a crowd at a fashion show, bubble guns, flash bulbs and a poppin' beat definitely did the job.

The jaw-dropping one- and two-piece parade of swimwear showcased a significant dose of polka dots, ruffles and '50s-inspired silhouettes with a sprinkling of nautical in the mix for good measure. Leading swim designers like ABS by Allen Schwartz, Splendid Swim, Guess, B Swim, Juicy Couture, Sunsets, Anne Cole, Kenneth Cole Reaction, Raisins, Nautica, Bettie Page and a slew of others showed off their Spring 2012 offerings paired with leg-lengthening heeled booties from Carlos Santana.

Additional swim shows on Tuesday spotlighted the hottest trends in swim, and concluded with the Fashion Splash event at the Rumour Hotel Tuesday evening.

The ISAM Swim Party Makes a Splash in Vegas

Tuesday night's Fashion Splash event topped off a series of fashion shows for Swim at WWDMAGIC sponsored by ISAM. The party took place at the chic, new boutique hotel, the Rumor Las Vegas. With a Palm Springs meets Miami vibe, guests lounged in cabanas and sipped on ice cold Coronas. A special performance by Ashley Rodriguez, American Idol Finalist, and beautiful lighting created a vibrant ambiance to showcase the season's hottest swim trends.

The event, sponsored by INVISTA, maker of Xtra Life LYCRA® fiber, featured models strutting down a long, white runway stretching across the pool in hot swim styles from exhibiting ISAM brands Bettie Page, Diva by Rachel Pappo, Gottex, Protokolo, Puma, Reebok, Sauvage and more.
