Show Directory Advertising

Show Directory Order Form (PDF)

An ISAM Show Directory will be mailed to retailers prior to the show, along with being distributed to the buyers at registration. The Show Directory is invaluable, with information such as a list of ISAM Members, their pertinent contact information, and their booth number, as well as Associate Member information.

Advertising Rates

• Full-page, black & white - $450.00
• Full-page, four-color - $650.00
• Covers, full-page, four-color - $800.00
• Spread, four-color - $1500

Payment
Advance payment required. Payment must accompany contract in order for ad to be printed.

Deadlines
This contract, with payment, and ad materials, must be received by July 13, 2012 for the August 2012 show.

Production

• All ads are full page vertical.
  Bleeds 5.75" x 8.75", Trim 5.5" x 8.5", Live Area 5" x 8"
• All live matter must be 1/4” away from trim on all sides.
• Match Prints or High Resolution Ink Jet proofs are required with 4 color ads.
• We will not be responsible for color if match-print is not received.
• Accepted file formats are Adobe Illustrator EPS and Adobe Photoshop TIFF.
• All fonts must be included or outlined.
• All images must be in CMYK @ 300dpi and include or embedded.
• All lineart must me at 600dpi or higher.
• Directory printed at 150 line screen on coated paper.

    Ads should be sent on a CD or DVD. Send to:

  • FTP Upload
    Compress file before uploading in SIT or ZIP format and include PDF or JPG proof with all uploads. Login information:

    Fill in all required fields, select file to upload and press the "Upload" button at the bottom of the form. (Please be patient, large files can take a long time to upload. You will recieve a notification message when your upload is complete.)
